This Occupational Standard (OS) unit is about diagnosing the fault in the non-functional LED Light and fixing it to make the light operational again.

3. Repair small home appliances (Fan and Geyser)

This Occupational Standard (OS) unit is about to understand the customer’s complaints, identifying the fault and fixing the Ceiling Fan / Geyser.

4. Install the water purifier

This Occupational Standard (OS) unit is about installing the newly-purchased water purifier at the customer’s premises.

5. Repair dysfunctional water purifier

This unit is about moving from one customer’s premises to another in order to rectify faults in a dysfunctional water purifier as recorded by the customer with the customer care unit.

6. Repair dysfunctional mixer/juicer/grinder

This OS unit is all about moving from one customer’s premise to another in order to rectify issues in small appliances such as grinders, juicers, and mixers as recorded by the customer within the customer care unit.

7. Work with superiors and colleagues

This OS unit is about the communication level of individuals with colleagues and other departments within the organization. It determines to figure out the flexibility of team members to attain the specified deliverables on schedule.
